Dear Barth,
Risheng and I have arrived Montreal safely yesterday, but the beautiful memory of working with you and your orchestra remains so fresh in my mind. Yes, it is one of the best musical experiences I have ever had, and definitely the best with an orchestra. I really appreciate your artistic direction, the spirit and your love to music. It is because of your serious attitude toward the arts and your talent and personal charm that there are such wonderful supporters around you and special audience. It is my great honour and pleasure to have the chance to work with you. Thank you so much for your kind invitation. I hope to have more opportunities to work together.

Natuurlijk hebben wij enorm genoten en met bewondering geluisterd en gekeken naar de “Colibri” vingers van Liu Fang. Wat een vaardigheid! En wat mooi, dat Oosters en Westers muziek dat in elkaar vloeit….Kon het zo maar zijn met de mentaliteit van de mensen….
Hartelijk bedankt ook voor de mooie foto, een herinnering aan een prachtconcert, met een prachtdirigent. Wat kunnen we bedenken om wat meer mensen in de zaal te krijgen? De sponsors zouden een beetje meer moeite moeten doen om de gekochte kaarten aan vrienden, kennissen en klanten te geven en aan te dringen om aanwezig te zijn op dat telkens weer een unicum dat de concerten zijn.
